For Sou Eleitor, as part of the Cheque-Livro Programme, we developed the back office, creating a customised and efficient solution to manage all internal processes related to the distribution of Cheque-livro. This tool was designed to optimise user monitoring, redemption management and the overall administration of the programme's operations.
Through the back office, the team can monitor and manage citizens' interactions with the platform in real time, facilitating the process of encouraging reading and visits to bookshops. The solution was designed to be agile and effective, in line with the programme's objective of promoting literacy and encouraging reading habits in the country.
