A meeting before any line of code: goals, customers, what already exists and where the blockers are. The scope comes out of this.
Prototype and design
Interactive mock-ups that show the experience before it exists. The design is built from scratch, around the company identity.
Development
With the prototype signed off, it gets built. Bookings, customer area, catalogue: whatever the process needs, security and performance first.
Testing and integration
Compatibility, speed, responsiveness and the link to what you already run — ERP, CRM, payment gateways. Nothing ships untested.
